Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts. The site is intended for professional users in the media and broadcasting industry. You may use the site only for lawful purposes related to professional video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and the creation of reliable feeds for news and television broadcasting. Any other use requires prior written consent from wordixa.

Prohibited conduct

You must not upload or transmit material that is illegal, defamatory, infringing or harmful. You must not attempt to interfere with the site’s security, reverse-engineer its technology or use automated tools to scrape content. Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

Accounts, submissions and user content

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Any content you submit remains your responsibility. By submitting material you grant wordixa a non-exclusive licence to use it for operating and improving the service. You warrant that submissions do not infringe third-party rights.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, logos and other material on the site are owned by wordixa or its licensors. You may view pages for personal or internal business use but must not copy, distribute or create derivative works without permission. Trade marks such as the wordixa name must not be used without prior written approval.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. wordixa makes no warranties about accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law. Professional users should verify all technical information before relying on it for live broadcasts.

Limitation of liability

Subject to mandatory UK law, wordixa’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to wordixa in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including loss of profits or business interruption.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify wordixa against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. wordixa may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
